How donations are processed
Online donations are processed by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or, where available, with a debit or credit card through PayPal's guest checkout. REACH-Education never receives or stores your card details.
Donations can be made in US dollars, euros or pounds sterling. The minimum online gift is 1.00 and the maximum is 10,000.00 in the chosen currency. For larger gifts, please contact us.
Your donation is complete only when PayPal confirms the payment to REACH-Education's servers. The confirmation page shows your REACH-Education reference number.
Monthly donations
Monthly donations are set up as PayPal subscriptions and are charged on the same day each month until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from the automatic payments section of your PayPal account settings, or by contacting REACH-Education. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund payments already made.
Receipts
PayPal emails you a payment receipt for every payment.
How your gift is used
Donations support REACH-Education's education programmes for nomadic and refugee communities, including Self-Learning Kits, digital and mobile learning, and support for teachers.
Mistakes and refunds
If you made a mistake with your donation, contact us as soon as possible at reach44education@gmail.com with your REACH-Education reference number.
Preventing fraud
We check every payment with PayPal before recording it and may refuse or refund donations that appear fraudulent or that we are not permitted to accept.
